This track is pretty self explanatory...being in the industry Im in its not easy to find someone who can understand the amount of work that goes into what we do as artist's. Because Im so focused on my career the whole 'your alway's in the studio..'..or..'your always away..' conversations come up in the relationships I've been in.
Its also about when you do connect with someone, appreciating what it is to experience each other no matter how long your in each others lives. It seems to me that we as humans have been trained to want to posses, OWN and consume each other when it comes to connecting. We focus too much on attaching as opposed to learning and experiencing which is why we suffer so much when it comes to this crazy lickle ting called love...lol..maybe Im on some other planet but thats just the way i see it..
As for the beat it was my way of mixing that Cali Psychedelic Shuggie Otis Soul with a latin twist into the project...
